I explained the situation, added screenshots. But zilch happened. I waited for some time, wrote i more e-mail, and got only silence in response.
That was actually strange. As an instance, when I've submitted just a feeling that LinkedIn has a security vulnerability, I got two emails from real persons in the adjacent 6 hours — i from support and 1 from the guy from the security middle. Six hours — 2 existent emails, outcome solved — This is how I'm expecting Support of a serious company to work.

I said — OK, I empathise, probably information technology is besides hard to fix this issue. But the support team exists exactly for such cases, isn't it? So, why they are not helping me? I opened Twitter Support account and found dozens of similar cases when users are just left alone without any assist, without even a elementary reply:
